4. Account & Access
Some features require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and generating readings.
5. Purchases & Payments
- All payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- You can cancel subscriptions at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.
6. Refund Policy
We offer a 60-day Cosmic Confidence Guarantee on the 8Cosmic Report. If you are not satisfied, contact support@8cosmic.com within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.
Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support for assistance.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, designs, AI-generated readings, and software — is owned by or licensed to 8Cosmic and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
Your personalized readings are generated for your personal use. You may share screenshots or excerpts for personal, non-commercial purposes.
